I’m Nicola Butcher, a Chartered Coaching and Organisational Psychologist and an ICF accredited Leadership Coach. I partner with organisations to create productive workplaces that are purpose-led and people-focused by applying psychology and behavioural science to leadership coaching and consulting work.
I have over 15 years experience across corporate and consulting roles in learning, assessment and leadership development. Roles have included Learning Development Lead at Deutsche Bank, Senior Consultant at IBM Kenexa, Leadership Development Manager, Leadership Assessment Consultant and other various Psychologist/HR roles.
My passion lies in using psychological techniques, evidence-based approaches and my expertise in work behaviour to support the development of people. I have extensive experience coaching and consulting to a variety of organisations and professionals across industries.

Recent coaching clients include Directors at FTSE 100 and 250 companies and Managers at a range of small to medium enterprises.
